Gherkin Delights
1 jar Sweet Gherkin pickles
1 package cream cheese room temperature
1/2 lb. ham sliced #1 so you can roll with it
Lay out the ham on a clean cutting board. Blot top with a paper towel to remove extra moisture so that the cream cheese will adhere.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the ham.
Please a pickle or two along the short edge of the ham slice.
Roll up as tightly as possible. Seal the open edge with a bit more cream cheese.
Slice with a very sharp knife discarding the two "raw" edges (those are for the cook to nibble on!). Please the sliced rounds on to a decorative platter and serve. YUM!
